River road tennis offers the ANZ Hotshots program to suit kids of all ages and playing abilities.

- Launch Ball – $48 per fortnight
- Red Ball – $60 per fortnight
- Orange Ball – $63.00 per fortnight (60 minutes) $76.00 per fortnight (90 minutes)
- Green Ball – $63.00 per fortnight (60 minutes) $76.00 per fortnight (90 minutes)
- Yellow Ball (Ace Squad) – $80.00 per fortnight
- Yellow Ball (Super Squad) – $90.00 per fortnight
We also offer a complimentary bus pick-up service to nearby schools:
- Lane Cove Public School: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Greenwich Public School (infants and primary campus): Monday and Wednesday
- North Sydney Demonstration School: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- St Michaels: Tuesday and Thursday.

Active Kids Vouchers can be used (minimum 8-week program). The voucher amount will be deducted from your Direct Debit payments.

What is Hot Shots Tennis?
Hot Shots Tennis is a national Tennis Australia program that utilises modified courts and tennis balls to allow kids of all ages and skill level to play the game.
Children are separated into appropriate level groups and receive coaching from our team of professionals as well as an introduction to matchplay!!
We offer lessons 7 days a week!
Launch Program (3-5 years)
Hot Shots Launch includes a fun packed half hour lesson each week with professionally trained Coaches.
Lesson plans are based on a progressive format with new skills and strokes introduced each week according to their class level, using easy to use techniques.
Classes are a maximum of four children per coach to enable us to coach your child to the best of their ability.
Red Ball (5-8 years)
Hot Shots Red includes the use of a modified (red) court and red ball which allows the children of all skill levels to play the game.
Each lesson includes technical instruction as well as rallying and matchplay.
The children are also kept busy with a variety of gross motor skills activities which are heaps of fun!!
There is also a complimentary bus pick up service after school available for weekday classes from a selection of local public schools.
Orange Ball (8-10 years)
Also using a modified court and the orange ball, this class allows children to play on a larger court with slightly faster tennis balls. Suitable for children who have completed the Hot Shots Red program or who have played tennis before.
It teaches new strokes, skills and strategies using techniques that allow easier understanding and rapid progression with an emphasis still on having fun and enjoying tennis!!
The one and a half hour lesson includes matchplay practice so that kids are playing the game from the start!
The lesson also includes problem solving and decision making and bridges the important area between Hot Shots Red and the Hot Shots Green full size court.
Green Ball (9+ years)
This more advanced class uses a full court and specialized green tennis balls, with the emphasis on improving skills and strokes and competitive match play.
Ace Squad / Yellow Ball (High School Age)
Ace Squad allows a fun and comfortable environment for which teenagers can improve their tennis and exercise with friends.
Lessons involve the most up to date and advanced new skills and strokes, delivered by our expert coaches to enable easy understanding and rapid progress.
